Northridge is a private residential community, located in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Northridge is a townhome subdivision of 44 homes, built by Bentley Builders ca. 1996 with typical homes consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, full basement and 1-2 car attached garage. Access to the Northridge development is from Old Lincoln Highway onto Weybridge Drive.
