~ Advertise Your Business in The Malvern News Section of Our Site! ~

To advertise on the Northridge website, send your information to christine_casey@comcast.net.  Please allow two weeks for your business advertisement to be reviewed, approved and posted. You will be notified when your request has been completed.  Advertisements will be placed throughout the web site (Classifieds, News, Calendar, etc.).



~ Delinquency Policy for Northridge Association Monthly Dues ~
The Association fee is due on the first day of each month. Please make your check payable to: "NORTHRIDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION." If payment is not received in the management office within 15 days of the 1st of the month, a late fee of $10.00 will be placed on your account. The first late letter will go out within the first five days of the 15th of the month. If the fee still has not been paid by the end of the second month past due, an additional late fee will be charged to the account. After three months past due, the account will be turned over to legal counsel for collection.

~ Landscaping ~
DiStefano Landscaping is beginning the Spring landscaping initiatives.  For more information on the landscaping initiatives and timeline, please contact Shew Management.

~ New Signs ~
As a community initiative, we upgraded all the signage in our development.  Check out our entrance sign with the new spot lights and matching Private Community and Speed Limit signs. We've also updated our Stop sign and added a SLOW sign to increase awreness for those driving through our community.

~ How To Use The Northridge Web Site ~
You must create an account (it's free) in order to view confidential Northridge community information.  Click on "Register for a Login" at the bottom of the navigation bar on the left.  Complete the registration form, choose a user ID and password, and upon verification of your status as a resident, your account will be activated and you will be ready to go!

Using the navigation bar on the left, click on categories to view community news and information, events, classified ads, and the document center. It's a great resource to keep you in touch with neighborhood affairs.  The Web Site Is Completely Interactive, So You Can Participate When & Where You Choose!  It's easy! Post classified ads, create calendar events, and reference Northridge documents and communications from the comfort of your own home.

Need Board approval on your next home improvement project?  The Architectual/Landscape Request Form is available under the Document Center.  Simply download the form, complete, and submit to Shew Community Management.

Go Green and save paper/stamps!  Monthly association dues can be paid online using the Online Payments feature!

Northridge would like to remind all homeowners to place trash in containers at the curb to prevent animals from rummaging through the trash or to prevent wind from blowing trash around.  Trash should be taken out the night before trash pick-up takes place and that trash cans and/or recycling containers should be taken in the same day of the trash pick-up.

Please note that there should be no parking along the street except on special occasions or if there are no spaces available in the parking areas provided.

Saturday, April 28 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at Penn State Great Valley Parking Lot, Swedesford Road, Malvern. Items being collected include:  Any item with a plug, paper, expired prescription and non-prescription drugs (no EPI-pens), old flags, cell phones and chargers.
